The SPECTRUM is Neuhaus Neotec's high-capacity roller grinder for continuous production. Its modular design allows configuration with up to three grinding passages, while an integrated compactor acts as a fourth stage to homogenise particle geometry and set the bulk density. Constant-velocity drive shafts provide shear-free roller drive for a constant, reproducible fineness of grind, and electro-pneumatic quick-acting disengagement protects the mechanics if foreign bodies pass through. The grinder is fully enclosed—water distributor, pneumatics and peripherals included—with removable lining and sliding access windows for dust-free operation and easy cleaning. It can be run on-site or controlled from the central control room.
