Catch leaks before your customers do—the LEAK TEST I finds sub-10 µm leaks in MAP and flexible packs, gas-free and non-destructively.

The LEAK TEST I is Neuhaus Neotec's non-destructive leak detector for MAP and flexible packaging such as coffee capsules and pods in pouches. Two elastic membranes enclose the pack in a film chamber under vacuum; the device analyses the pressure profile in seconds and displays the leak rate—detecting even the finest leaks below 10 µm without test gas and without damaging the pack. Gross leaks are flagged even earlier. Electronic data acquisition records exportable test logs, adjustable limit values support DIN/ISO 9001 final inspection, and statistical process control with trend recognition helps reduce the reject rate.
