Thread for HST/Perfecta Knotting is Interfil teabag thread configured for HST and Perfecta knotting machines. Engineered from spinning to winding for consistent, trouble-free knotting, it comes in 100% cotton, organic cotton, PLA and polypropylene to match food-safety, compostability or cost needs. Each cone holds 5,000–24,000 metres depending on the yarn, with a splicing system and Elkocontrol electronic defect detection to keep production knot-free. Production is OEKO-TEX and ISEGA approved for food contact and BRCGS, ISO-9001, GMP, HACCP and SEDEX certified for hygiene and traceability. Interfil thread is compatible with all standard teabag machines; this configuration is optimised for HST and Perfecta knotting machines.
