Overview

A larger stainless-steel vacuum hopper loader for higher-throughput lines, feeding processing and packing machinery with whole beans, ground coffee, tea and instant powders — cleanly and gently, with automatic filter cleaning.

The FX 5000 is SIMAR's higher-capacity stainless-steel hopper loader for pneumatically conveying tea, coffee and instant products to feed processing and packing machines on larger lines. It draws material from sack-tipping units, drums, containers or silos and delivers it in a closed system that protects the product from foreign matter and preserves its structure and taste. The receiver carries a large 1.2 or 1.6 m² filter with automatic back-wash — or, as the FXP 5000-3 version, a 3 m² jet filter for harder, free-flowing powders — with a separately sized vacuum pump matched to the required conveying capacity. Material discharges through a gravity flap, a butterfly valve or an airlock, and conveying can run intermittently, continuously or in SIMAR's especially gentle suction-impulse mode. Built in high-quality stainless steel for easy cleaning and fast product changeover and controlled by a programmable microprocessor/PLC with many options, it suits food and pharmaceutical production. Conveying ducts are available in DN 38, 50, 65 or 80.
