Complete cold brew coffee and tea plants—maximising yield from gentle extraction while protecting the signature flavour.

DEVEX designs and supplies complete plants for cold brew coffee and tea—covering roasting, extraction, concentration, clarification, preservation and filling of the extract, typically sold as a liquid concentrate at 10–25% solids (TDS), with optional drying to a soluble powder. Because gentle low-temperature extraction (around 20–30°C) gives a relatively low yield, DEVEX's technology optimises it while protecting the distinctive flavour, using non-thermal concentration such as a special reverse-osmosis process and fast transfer through to preservation to avoid biochemical change. The same plant can set higher extraction temperatures for hot-brew extracts (up to 125°C) at higher yield and a different flavour, and can extract tea or other plants; an integrated CIP system handles product changeovers, and extraction can run in maceration or percolation.
