Overview

Set new speed standards — the PT 6 range produces naked teabags at up to 1000 bags per minute, in four variants with a space-saving footprint.

The PT 6 is a high-speed, single-chamber machine for producing rectangular, naked teabags without strings or tags. It is available in four variants: the 2-lane PT 6-2 and PT 6-2L (up to 480 bags/min) and the 4-lane PT 6-4 and PT 6-4L (up to 1000 bags/min). The standard versions make a 61 × 65 mm bag with 2.8 g / 7 ml filling quantity, while the L versions make a larger 71.5 × 65 mm bag with 3.5 g / 8.5 ml. All four share the same 230 × 200 × 190 cm footprint, 900 kg weight, 2.95 kW power connection, 1.85 kWh energy consumption and 4–6 bar compressed air supply.
