Overview
The standard drip coffee bag line—the Smart Line DC fills and envelopes 10–13 g bags with vacuum dosing and nitrogen flush, at up to 40 bags/min.
The Smart Line DC (standard) is dph Maschinenbau's drip coffee bag packaging machine for the standard 10–13 g rectangular drip coffee bag. It fills and seals the drip coffee bag (Module 1) and forms the outer envelope (Module 2) in a single machine, with a vacuum feeder for consistent dosing and nitrogen flushing to protect aroma and freshness. Rectangular, Cone and Skyline formats are supported, each with an outer envelope, at up to 40 bags/min in the standard grammage. An optional End-of-Line module (1×10 cartoning) is recommended above roughly 100 bags/min.
