Central Vacuum Conveying. Stainless.
Material Handling
SIMAR centralized vacuum conveying feeds machines, day bins and silos from one system—stainless steel, filter or filter-free, scalable to 3,000+ kg/h.
SIMAR's centralized conveying system is an economic way to supply material to processing machines, day bins and drying silos in tea, coffee and other food plants. The FX 3500 and FX 5000 hopper loaders use 1.2 or 1.6 m² back-wash filters (or 2 and 3 m² jet filters on the FXP versions) for dust-containing or free-flowing powders, while the AX separators (AX 2082/2084 for small amounts, AX 3584/5084 for higher) run filter-free for dust-free operation. Built in high-quality stainless steel for easy cleaning, it handles conveying ducts of DN 38, 50, 65 or 80 and pairs with different vacuum pumps for capacities to over 3,000 kg/h. Material discharge is via a gravity flap, butterfly valve or airlock, and a programmable microprocessor control offers many options. The stainless, easy-clean design suits food and pharmaceutical production.
